Who we are

This policy covers Mindful Innovations, LLC ("we," "us") and the websites and tools we run, including mindfulin.com, mindfulspc.com, mindfulon.io, mindfuledits.io, and our assessment tools. Mindful Innovations is based in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area of Minnesota, USA. Contact: hello@mindfulin.com.

Clinical services are handled separately

This website is not a clinical record system. If you become a clinical client, your clinical information is collected and stored only in a separate, HIPAA-compliant practice platform (Healthie), under a separate Notice of Privacy Practices and informed consent that you receive before services begin. Please don't send health, diagnostic, or other clinical details through our website forms, chat, or general email.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone, organization, and what you write in contact, intake, readiness check, or opportunity brief forms.
• Assessment and audit answers: responses to our self-guided tools (for example, the AIRRI Readiness Check or the Sensory Space Self-Audit). Some tools keep your answers only in your own browser unless you choose to save them or buy a report. Each tool says which.
• Purchases: what you bought, the amount, and your billing and shipping details. Card payments are processed by Stripe or our shop's payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Newsletter and community: your email and preferences if you subscribe, and whether you open or click our emails.
• Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (city level), and how you arrived, collected with cookies and similar tools for analytics.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and deliver what you asked for or bought.
• To run assessments, prepare reports, proposals, and recommendations.
• To send receipts, account messages, and, only if you opt in, newsletters and updates.
• To understand what's working on our sites and improve accessibility and usability.
• To keep our services secure, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run Mindful Innovations, under contracts that limit how they can use your information:

• Hosting and forms: Netlify (websites, form submissions, and tool data).
• Payments: Stripe; our shop's checkout provider through Ecwid by Lightspeed.
• Order fulfillment: Printify and suppliers connected through Syncee receive the name and address needed to make and ship your order.
• Email and forms: Kit (newsletters and intake forms), Tally (forms), Resend (account and sign-in emails), and Google Workspace (our email).
• Analytics: Metricool (website analytics).
• Clinical services: Healthie, only for clinical clients and only under a separate agreement.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a business transfer, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: ones needed for sign-in, checkout, and security, and analytics cookies that help us understand site use. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential features like checkout may not work without them.

How long we keep it

• Inquiries and form submissions: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of a client engagement.
• Accounts and saved tool data: while your account is active; you can delete saved items or ask us to delete your account.
• Purchase and payment records: 7 years, for tax and accounting requirements.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe (every email has an unsubscribe link).
• Clinical records: kept in Healthie for the period Minnesota law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or give you a copy. You can also opt out of marketing emails at any time. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including Minnesota, may have additional rights, including appealing a decision we make about your request. Email hello@mindfulin.com. We'll confirm your request within 10 business days and complete it within 45 days, and we won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

Our websites are meant for adults, including parents, caregivers, educators, and organizations. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Some resources are designed for adults to use with children; please don't enter a child's identifying details into our forms. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), reputable providers, limited access, and signed, secure sessions. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information by email.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email or a notice on our site.
