Accessibility Statement
Designing for human variation is our work, so we hold our own sites to it too.
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Our commitment
Mindful Innovations wants everyone to be able to use our websites, tools, products, and events, whatever their brain, body, senses, or technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA across mindfulin.com, mindfulspc.com, mindfulon.io, mindfuledits.io, and our assessment tools.
What we do
- Readable type (including Atkinson Hyperlegible, designed for low vision), body text 16px or larger, and left-aligned text.
- Color pairings checked for WCAG AA contrast, and color is never the only way we show meaning.
- Keyboard access, visible focus, skip links, and clear headings and labels for screen readers.
- Nothing plays automatically, motion is gentle, and we respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
- Plain language, short sentences, and one clear next step.
- Self-paced tools you can pause, save, and come back to.
- At events and in spaces: sensory-friendly options, quiet areas, icon-plus-word signage, and fidgets welcome.
Known limitations
- Some parts of our experience run on other platforms, including our shop (Ecwid by Lightspeed), checkout (Stripe), forms (Kit, Tally), and audio hosts (Insight Timer, Aura). We choose accessible providers but don't control their code.
- Audio hosted on other platforms may not show transcripts. We'll provide a transcript on request.
- Older PDFs and downloads may not yet be fully tagged. We'll provide an accessible version on request.
Need something in another format?
Ask for large print, plain-text, accessible PDF, transcript, captions, or a different way to take part in an assessment or event, and we'll work with you. For events, let us know your access needs when you register or any time before.
Feedback and help
If something is hard to use, tell us what page or tool, what happened, and what you were trying to do. Email hello@mindfulin.com . We'll reply within 5 business days and, where we can, give you what you need another way while we fix it.
How we check
We review our sites with automated checks, keyboard-only and screen-reader testing, and feedback from people who use them. This statement reflects our own review; it isn't a legal certification of ADA or WCAG compliance.
